Nordinnan Sigrdrifa has worked as a therapist for many years, helping people navigate life’s demands and challenges. She is deeply committed to her own personal growth and never tires of evolving into a more understanding and compassionate person. By integrating modern approaches with insights from fields such as quantum physics, metacognition, and mindfulness, she brings a unique and holistic perspective to her work.

As a behavioral counselor Nordinnan Sigrdrifa has supported people in improving both their mental and physical well-being for decades. During her nearly 20 years in the United States, she was inspired by—at times—innovative and unconventional approaches to health, and she is not afraid to think outside the box. She is deeply passionate about alternative health methods and emphasizes the importance of actively protecting ourselves from toxins and potentially harmful environmental influences that continuously affect us.

She believes that methylene blue may hold significant potential in today’s world, particularly for supporting energy levels and metabolic function. In her view, it may play a role in enhancing energy production, including during acute and post-acute withdrawal. At the same time, she emphasizes personal responsibility when it comes to health and well-being—recognizing that we each play a central role in caring for ourselves.
